Vendor Terms & Conditions: By displaying your items in Bee Hill Bakery, you agree that we are not responsible for any stolen or damaged items. Payments for your revenue (less our 10% commission, any refunded merchandise, and applicable taxes) will be ready for pickup or mailed to you by the 10th day of the following month and you’re independently responsible for complying with any laws applicable to you. We don’t manage any inventory tracking on your products. You may merchandise your products during business hours or by appointment and agree that Bee Hill Bakery may modify the way you’ve displayed your products. You agree to remove your merchandise or modify your pricing/displaying if your merchandise has zero sales in a 90-day period (this period of time may reduce if we experience a waitlist of vendors ready to partner with Bee Hill Bakery). You may cancel your vendor relationship with Bee Hill Bakery at any time for any reason and we may do the same.
